Job description

Implementing and supporting all tasks related to Marketing & PR in accordance to the established guidelines and procedures, in order to ensure a correct treatment and control of the information as well as to enable smooth implementation of Marketing and PR.

• Manage, conceptualize, implement the marketing and communication plan in line with
• business objectives.
• Define & lead paid media, PR and inbound strategy.
• Develop the whole set of communication, leading directly the off-line and on-site
• communication tools, ensuring that also the social, CRM/e-mailing, loyalty program
• and on-line communication is activated, in a complete and consistent way.
• Land and adapt to local needs brands creative approach and content strategy.
• Scouting and implementing innovative experience and content ideas.
• Align and collaborate with retail team to reach business objectives of the center.
• Manage Marketing budget efficiently and analyze ROI.
• Measure the results of all the actions implemented and report to required
• stakeholders.
• Management of all the external partners involved.

Requirements

• Residence in Amsterdam area.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar. (Alternatively, a Master Degree in Sales and Marketing / Digital Marketing)
• At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar position of Marketing & PR.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Other preferred languages: Spanish, Dutch and/or Italian
• Experience in activating 360 marketing campaigns and media planning.
• A solid understanding of Digital, Content and CRM strategies.
• Experience in the mall / outlet industry, with retail brand or advertising agency is a
• plus.
• Networking and experience in Amsterdam influence area with media, as well as with
• creative agencies, event agencies, production suppliers, etc.
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Working conditions

Yearly salary €65K-90K (8% holiday included)
Direct contract with the company
Full-time basis
25 days of holiday
