Job description

You will be responsible for the promotion and sales of the company products and give daily support of the of channel programs to meet sales targets.


Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distribution channels (Distributor, Dealers) throughout the Scandinavian region and assist building stable channels for Europe.
Responsible for proactively identifying, negotiating and closing sales activities to achieve assigned revenue targets. For the Channel management side key words are
Stock, Price, Product, Distribution, Investment, Promotion, Event Management, Channel ROI management, gather customer and market information. (from CM>Distributor>Dealer>End-User)


You are active out in the field and traveling an average of 3 days/week, visiting potential and existing customers (dealers) on pre-scheduled appointments where you will discuss products in person and help distributor getting orders.
Gain a clear understanding of customer businesses and requirements and feedback to the company.


The position involves some marketing activities such as;
Support product launches, marketing and PR collateral, sales tools, web site content, sales training, promotional campaigns and lead/revenue generation.
With this opportunity you get to expand the business further in Nordics. Focusing on new markets and acquisitions, building a long-lasting relationship with retailers and advise them on the positive design and the cool brand. You are able to open doors, make exclusive deals with the customers, implement new marketing strategies, expand the social media activities on the marketing side, and support the retailers by engaging the store employees and retailers about product offering and visual merchandising. You will arrange and visit trade shows. Are you a driven person with a positive attitude that loves to travel and connect with people and build and expand a cool brand this is a great opportunity!

Requirements

To be successful in this role we think you have a degree in any area, years of working experience in a sale and marketing-oriented role. Preferably you have been working with channel or retail marketing with in the IT and PC hardware sector and component sales.


You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis. You have done negotiations in a B2B setting and you know how to prioritize your task and time as well the time and budget within the channel. You enjoy working with project management and is not afraid to take on all relevant sales tasks.


As the position is to operate on the Nordic market, fluency of one of the Nordic languages is a requirement, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. Fluency of English as you will have frequent contact with the international business operation.


You enjoy working independently, you are a self-Starter that sets clear objectives, defining metrics and key milestones to plan and organize work. Responds quickly to customer/client requests and needs as a priority. Anticipates changing customer needs and seeks to create value for the customer. Proactively supports colleagues and collaborates with them to help achieve targets. Actively seeks to understand the competition and how they differentiate themselves.
Identifies a number of ways to do things differently that will continuously improve the business. Handles problems and acts on own initiative without being prompted.
Seeks out and acts on both internal and external customer/client feedback. Creates a positive team environment through co-operation.


Do you have a outgoing personality who can work with cross functional teams? As the role can be operating out of a home office, there is no preference of location to where you live in Sweden or Denmark.
