Job description

Together with the rest of the sales team, you are responsible for qualifying, nurturing and converting leads. You are responsible for all leads in Scandinavia. Every month, hundreds of HR professionals show interest in the services of our client. You contact them and discuss their plans for renewing their Performance Management model. You make them enthusiastic about our approach and the online platform.

Of course you also provide inspiring (online) demos for potential customers. During these sessions you share their philosophy and show them how the online platform can support their employees. As a serious discussion partner, you also dare to challenge potential customers and you give substance to the core value of creating fans. The goal is, of course, to get as many customers as possible. For this to happen, it is crucial that you remain continuously in the lead of the sales process. For this reason we are looking for someone who really works in a structured way and takes the initiative. Their CRM is leading in this respect and helps you to contact potential customers at the right time.

Our client will of course provide you with maximum support in your work and personal development. That starts with an intense onboarding. During this period you will learn everything about our tool, the underlying philosophy and the USPs of their concept. You will also receive a lot of sales coaching and together they want to ensure that you can contribute to the sales team as much as possible. The basic principle is that you are given as much responsibility as you want and can handle.


  • Bachelor/University degree or work experience (being able to switch quickly)
  • 0-5 years of work experience in selling SaaS solutions
  • Excellent command of the Swedish and English language
  • Passion for sales and personal development
  • You are organized and like to be in control
  • You like to have a drink with your colleagues

To further expand their market into the Scandinavian market they are currently looking for an Account manager to start with the Swedish market.
