Job description

Play an important role as an Acquisition Executive for an international organization expanding in Scandinavia! You will be able to be an important person in the team, where you reach out to potential prospects and will be the first contact in representing the company to a potential client. Through your positive energy and business knowledge as well as your way of giving the appropriate information to potential clients, they will become a valuable relation to the company. You get to be the first point of contact, where you describe the benefits of the company’s services and why a client should to work with you! With your professional approach you will gain trust with a new client and you will be involved in the whole sales cycle so never loose sight of a client! As a client has been acquired, you will support the Business Managers in the tender process, making fee offers, follow ups to closing the deal. If you are in the beginning of your (commercial) career, this will offer you good path to develop yourself and how to become commercial savvy. You will also get exposed to a dynamic and fast-moving sector that is offering services to companies that makes their business journey easier.

You are not afraid of picking up the phone and reach out to potential new clients. You smile when you dial and you love when you get meetings confirmed and you are eager to reach for more! You will not be on the phone all day, as there will also be administrative tasks involved, such as making offers and follow up on the whole sales cycle.

You reach out to and will work with small, medium and big size companies in Sweden as well as companies that are global. This is a company with operations in various countries around the globe and this international influence is also within the Sweden office!

Requirements

You love and live commercial thinking and wish to develop yourself within this area. You might be a starter within this field, but you know you love reaching out to people and sell them a solution they need.
You have recently graduated and have your business degree in the pocket, or you have studied something else within the field of economics, finance or marketing and you wish to try your wings as an acquisition talent! This is your job!
With your commercial eagerness you also have a genuine interest in sales and customer service. You enjoy when you can book success and you always reach for a better result. Being decisive and driven are two words that applies to your personality. When enjoying working with people you also like to give a good advice. Working with MS Office comes natural to you and you have experience working with Excel. Perhaps you love cars and the financing options when purchasing a car solution.
Even though this is for an international and global presence company, the sales activities for this role are in Sweden.
If you feel comfortable using Swedish for business and your English is perfect – do not hesitate to reach out!

Perhaps you are a Swedish speaking home comer, having lived and studied abroad and now looking to start your commercial career in Sweden. Or you have been living in Sweden for a while and have been able to pick up the language to use it for business – just let us know!

Working conditions

Salary range is as of 27 000 SEK per month with a beneficial bonus structure. Good secondary benefits, collective agreements, wellness grant and there is a gym in the house for those who loves to work out!
