Keep on reading and apply now!For my trusted client in Amersfoort I'm looking for an Assistant who speaks/reads and writes a business level of English (C2). You have a broad range of tasks, where you will support different departments (administration and marketing).
Your key responsibilities are:
Back office
• General Administrative and Reception tasks, such as:
‒ Answering telephone and opening the door.
‒ Internal distribution of incoming post, etc.
‒ Prepare shipments via courier or other.
‒ Ordering and serving catering, groceries, and handling deliveries.
‒ Dealing with visitors to the office, from providing route descriptions to board room arrangements.
‒ Review and amend internal and external presentations, as required.
Also some marketing support can be part of the position:
- Provide ongoing support for regional and international congresses and trade show activities, expense tracking, booth planning, event support, staff communications and training, preparation and delivery of marketing materials and giveaways, management of booth furniture and other assets, supervision of vendors, and general oversight of trade show logistics.
- Coordinate and execute customer invitations, sponsor and speaker agreements, congress registrations, and post-event follow-up evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, code of conduct, and internal policies for customer invitations and sponsorships.
- Arrange spaces, brochures, hotels, equipment rental and delivery, set up and dismantling of exhibitions.
- Support marketing-driven events, such as Key Opinion Leader meetings, user meetings, roundtables, workshops, symposia, and webinars; work with team to produce successful results in all aspects of events, from initial invitation process to post-event follow-up with participants. Particular emphasis on maintaining and expanding knowledge of current industry best practices and vendor/technology options for the Cerus conference/events projects.
- Collaborate with Regulatory and Legal with regards to overall compliance.
Requirements
What do you bring to the table?•MBO+ level with preferably 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
•Excellent (C2 level) in English, additional language skills are useful: Dutch, German, French and Spanish.
•Stress resistant.
•Flexible, hands on mentality.
•Proactive, thinking two steps ahead.
•Ability to professionally handle confidential and sensitive information.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful and use sound judgment and tact – especially when handling confidential matters.
•Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a service-oriented focus.
•Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting. Applied proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
•Living within a 30 minute distance from the office is needed. You also already need to have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
Working conditions
This is a part-time starting from the end of June. It's a position for 24 hours a week. You will get a salary according to you experience, and will work in a fantastic team of internationals.You are going to work via a temporary Undutchables contract with can get extended with a direct contract
