Job description
You will work independently on the Nordic market and you will be trained to sell their Power Transmission Products and services. You will be supported by an experienced sales team in the Netherlands.Your responsibility
· Own responsible territory is Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.
· Responsible for creating and implementing sales growth plan
· Realize new business as per sales growth plan
· Find new technical distribution partners
·
· Work closely together with the sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues to improve the performance in the sales organization
· To collect, analyze and report on market sales data, info, trend, and competitor developments.
· Support and follow up daily quotations in co-operation with the customer service colleagues
· Make plans and reports promptly in our CRM system ‘Salesforce’ in English version.
Requirements
Our preferences would be to hire a candidate with the following background and experience:· Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical majors
· You have 5-10 years relevant working experience in Power Transmission products manufacturer(s)
· You have 5-10 years relevant experience in (preferably international) sales of the Power Transmissions products in the Nordic regions
Superior command of the English and Swedish language (as you will be operating out of Sweden), both verbal and written in business. Basic knowledge of the Polish language is an additional benefit.
Further you are skilled and able to work with key account management. You have the drive and ability to create a buying atmosphere and enclosing deals. You are passionate about sales and able to build a long-term relationship with the client network. You have a personal style, adapting to effectively interact with a variety of people. You can quickly grasp and understand external and internal customers expectations and needs.
Working conditions
You will be hired on a local Swedish contract via a payroll construction. Salary according the market level in Sweden for this kind of position, phone, lap top and a lease car will be included in the package. You will operate out of a home office, somewhere in Sweden.Further, the company offers you a work with a company with a strong financial position, a solid growth perspective and a sound reputation. To work in a culture with plenty of opportunity to explore your talents. An international scope where travelling is required outside Europe. An additional package of secondary terms such as profit sharing.
Undutchables Sweden does the first screening and interviews. When selected for the position, 2-3 interviews (digitally to start with) will follow with HR and the hiring manager. Possibly a trip to the HQ will a part of the procedure.

They have a strong market position and has premium quality motion control units and components, chains, automotive timing chain drive systems and factory automation systems.Our contact is headquartered in The Netherlands and they are responsible for sales, marketing and distribution of PT, Power Transmission products in the EMEA region. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Area Sales Representative in the Nordics.
