Job description

These will be your daily challenges as an Back Office Administrator:

  • Making sure that the shipping documents are correct
  • Update documents and the company database
  • Create labels for the products who are being shipped
  • Provide support to the Sales team, checking correctness of the orders
  • Contact customers occasionally, for example if they want to return a product
  • Be in contact with dispatchers to arrange pick-ups


Here's the identikit of the next Back Office Administrator:
  • Excellent level of English, more languages are a plus
  • You are a real Admin-hero: you are enthusiastic about administrative tasks and have an eye for details
  • You live in the area of Nijmegen or have concrete pre-existing relocation plans of moving there (please, outline your plans in your application).
  • You are available to work 40 hours a week
