Job description

Are you an energetic and driven person who is looking for a new challenge? Do you like to build new relationships and increase business with a current customer base in the DACH area? Then this could be your new challenge!

* You keep your customers up-to-date with product-related information, trainings, marketing campaigns, business development and presales activities for effectively support.
* You will identify and establish new customer accounts (e.g. call dormant accounts, obtain leads from vendors).
* You maintain and increase business with existing accounts and support the external sales teams in managing account administration.
* In addition, you generate and provide customer quotes for standard and pre-designed solutions and follow up on customer quotes where required.
* You will be in close contact with other sales teams, so you identify cross selling opportunities within my clients products and services portfolio.
* As part of our Business Management you maintain up-to-date profiles on accounts showing revenue projects and quotas.

Requirements

SKILLS CRUCIAL TO THE ROLE

* You have first relevant professional experience in functions of sales, account management or customer success.
* Ideally you have successfully completed an apprenticeship or bachelor degree in the field of business informatics, business administration or other relevant field of studies.
* You are experienced in relationship building and understand the basics of excellent customer service.
* In this role you interact with many different groups of people internal and external and must therefore exhibit a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills at all times.
* Your work is characterized by detail orientation and with a high degree of accuracy.
* German speaking and writing skills on at least business fluent level is a must have.
* In addition, you speak English in a fluent manner.

Working conditions

You will get a 1 year contract at my client. Next to this there is also a quarterly bonus scheme, where you can have a bonus from 2100,- to 6000,- gross quarterly if you hit your targets.
