Job description

In this position, you will work in a small team, where your manager is a supportive leader who is internationally experienced. A person that will support and back up the team, set for success. You will be responsible for the account development and the increase of the client portfolio, to maximize the revenue, along with the company’s set strategy. They work with short- and long-term objectives and you will be able to contribute to the success.
You will work with the existing portfolio of clients as well as build your own network for potential clients. Of course, ‘the hunter’ mentality is good when doing sales, however, we believe you are hungry for success and that your personal approach in the sales cycle is important than hunting the scores.
You will maintain and develop a profitable customer portfolio through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods. We believe you have a passion for business and commercial sales. But most important is that you see the client and can convert clients and sales leads into sales revenue.
Other responsibilities & accountabilities are, but are not limited to:

· Procure products in accordance with customer requirements and Company guidelines.
· Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
· Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.
· Attend and present at customer meetings, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
· Identify and report market and customer trends.
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
· Present and promote the Company to prospective customers, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
· Observe competitor activity and gather intelligence.
· Liaise with global business units to maximize overall Company sales opportunities.


As this is a position where you will excel in sales, we believe you bring a passion for commercial sales and a good understanding of the sales and supply chain cycle. A positive attitude, willingness to learn is more important than having worked within the electronic component sector before. So, therefore, no specific requirements on what products you have been selling, but important how you are as a person, the fit with the company and the team. It is a fast environment, so you need to be stress reliable, being able to juggle many tasks at once. It is positive if you have a technical affinity and an interest in electronics. Also, the experience in logistics and supply chain would be an advantage. We are welcoming multilingual sales talents, we hope you speak fluent or native level English and manage one more language fluently. As it is a position to be operating on the Nordic market, the knowledge of one of the Nordic languages is great, but not essential. The more languages you speak, the more markets you can approach!

Working conditions

Please note that this is a position in Stockholm, Sweden and we expect the candidate to live in the greater area of Stockholm. There is no relocation package or working permit involved for this position.
