Job description

As a Channel Account Manager, you would be responsible for vetting and qualifying partner (i.e. IT service companies/consultancy companies) leads. Once you’ve found a new partner lead, it’s up to you to bring them onboard and to make sure they have the information they need to sell your product to their clients. In essence, you are responsible for achieving sales, profitability and developing long-lasting relationships with partners. Here’s a few of your most common tasks:
- Identify prospective partners, and determine if they are a good fit for the partner program;
- Educate your base of partners on the range of products you can offer;
- Listen to your partners, and use the information you gather to inform on current market trends and customer needs;
- Work with the marketing team to send out relevant offers and deals to partners;
- Build and maintain company credibility and trust with your partners and their clients;


To be successful in this role and company, it’s vital that you have a few personality traits – namely, passion, intelligence and coachability. My client is looking for an active and motivated person, a true sales-hunter. You should be data-driven, and always interested in learning new best practices. Here a few specific requirements:
- 2+ years of Channel sales experience (working with resellers);
- Professional level of English (both written and spoken);
- Experience with;
- Successful track record in sales, and consistency in meeting your quotas;
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU passport, and available for 40 hours/week;
