As the Commercial Support you are working closely together with the sales, planning and production department of the organization. You are part of the French speaking Commercial Support team, and will be supporting the Account Managers who work for the French market while also being in direct contact with clients.

You will make calculations, analyse sales data and draft reports. You will also work on administration and create invoices and promotions. When an order comes in you will translate the product specifications in the ERP system and manage the order. In this role, being detail orientated is key, as mistake could have a big impact on the production.

Together with the team you will make sure to give the client a top level service.


To succeed in this role it's important to have a commercial attitude and to be familiar with administrative processes. You have excellent communications skills, as you are in contact with clients and various departments within the organization. Being challenged in something that you enjoy and you are keen on learning new things. As priorities in this role can shift, and processes are short, it's important that you are stress resilient and can manage your time well. You are customer focused and service orientated , and not afraid to ask for help if you need to. Other requirements for this role are:

  • Business fluent level of French and English, and a conversational level of Dutch (B1 minimal).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a commercial position, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience working with Excel, Powerpoint and preferably an ERP system.

Working conditions

  • Being part of a French speaking team, in a dynamic environment.
  • Full-time position, 40 hours
  • Location in Honselersdijk, but would work weekly in the office in Aalsmeer.
  • Contract directly at out clients
  • Good secondary benefits: Pension plan, 25 holiday days, travel costs allowance
