Job description

Are you passionate about working with people, cultural awareness, cultural interaction, giving excellent service to your clients and you have a ‘smile when you dial’ mentality and you love customer service! Giving good service is number one for you in a customer focused position. Your heart beats for your customers and you get energy from building a successful, long-term relationship with your clients.

Do you have a passion for customer service and love to advice clients so they feel valued and satisfied with the contact with you and the company you work for? You have a natural way of interacting with your clients which results in that the clients will stay your customers. You will work in a team where tech people meet customer lovers and where ‘we are all different and different is good’ makes sense! You interact with clients on different markets daily and advice all kinds of customers on the product which is in the FMCG sector.

The position involves customer contact via online channels and on the phone, advising your clients on orders, the supply chain and payments.

Requirements

Client in the focus, self-management and love working with people! You are communicative and a solution driven person. You can cope with dynamic changes – you embrace this as you love learning something new and make sure others learn too!

To be successful in this position, you are pro active, resource full and your motto is ‘can do’! You are able to motivate yourself, ability to work in a team as well as individually and you take responsibilities on your actions. You love learning new things and are curious by nature, you are a natural talent for understanding clients and come with solutions to assist them.
Work in a team where your positive attitude and mindset will be highly appreciated and you love being organized and structured. If you have been working in a project management related or a technical related position before, this is just to your advantage.

As it is from origin a company with their roots in Sweden, they speak Swedish in the office. This means that good communication skills of Swedish are essential. They are working on making the business more international (due to the international markets they operate on) but as for now, Swedish would be a must for this position.
