Job description

In this role you will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming / outgoing calls and answer e-mails
- Processing orders in SAP
- Supporting the sales representatives
- Following up and monitoring orders and deliveries
- Pro-actively informing and/or approaching customers about product, price, delivery times etc.
- Handling financial requests and work closely with the financial department
- Coming up with solutions for complex issues and possible complaints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education and experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and order management in a relevant customer service setting
- Business level French (C2), fluent in English and preferably proficient in Dutch
- Experience with CRM, SAP experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with MS Office
- Enthusiastic, a commercial mindset and a team player
- Service oriented, a problem solver and excellent communication skills
- Flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
- Able to prioritize and work under pressure
Working conditions
We are looking for a candidate who can start in January/February 2021. For this full time position, our client is offering a contract with a competitive salary, 25 vacation days, a pension plan and travel compensation.NOTE: Please note that for this role we are only accepting applications from candidates that hold a valid work permit and are already living near the location of the company.
