Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you and the account manager will be the first point of contact for the Spanish customer. You will build long lasting relationships with your clients and you will be trained to deal with complaints and offer appropriate solutions. You will be ensuring the implementation of new customers, new products and the internal information provision towards other departments. You are naturally capable of handling the workflow during hectic work hours.

In this role, prioritization and pro-activity are key. You are most likely to succeed if you are able to work independently and learn quickly, but also enjoy working cooperatively within a team to reach your goals.
You also ensure an up-to-date CRM and ERP system.


In this role it's important that you can switch quickly and be able to set priorities. You work independently and are proactive. By nature you are able to keep an overview in the midst of the daily hectic.
Further requirements are:
- Bachelor degree (work and thinking level)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and ERP/CRM systems;
- C2 level of Spanish, and professional level of English (both spoken and written). Dutch and Italian are a strong plus;
- 5+ years of work experience in a similar customer service position;
- You are available to work 40 hours per week;

Our client is a young and fast growing, internationally operating company that produces freshly squeezed fruit juices, smoothies and vegetable juices for the European market. This organization has a strong market position thanks to their specific expertise in producing fresh products that not only meet the requirements but also taste delicious. Their corporate culture is characterized as involved, hands-on and no-nonsense. The entrepreneurial spirit is clearly present within the company and there is a very strong feeling for quality control and quality experience. They currently have about 350 employees within the organization, and are looking for a dedicated and flexible new colleague to support the Spanish market. They Customer Service department consists of nine CSR's, three Administrative Employees and a Project Manager. You will report to the Customer Service Manager. In the absence of the CSR Italy, you will be the replacement (and the other way around).
