My client is an historical Dutch company that is recognized abroad as a winning brand. They are now planning on expanding their Swedish market and are, therefore, looking for you.

Job description

As a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative you will

  • have mainly B2B contact with the company dealers and partners via email and over the phone
  • reach out to these businesses yourself, ensuring that their needs are met and up-sell and cross-sell when needed
  • accurately insert information in the company system

Requirements

You are the employee they are looking for if you:

  • Speak excellent Swedish and English (knowledge of Dutch would be a strong plus)
  • Are available to work minimum 32 hours a week (40 hours would be preferred)
  • Live in the area of Dieren, or have concrete plans of moving there
  • Have an HBO/MBO degree or equivalent thinking level
  • Have around at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • You are proactive and not afraid of picking up the phone and reaching out to people

  • A salary ranging between 2.300 and 2.600 euros gross per month

  • Due to covid19, employees are currently working from home for 3 days a week. You will be required to be at the office throughout your whole on-boarding period.
