Job description
As a Support Expert, you will be responsible for helping the German Market by answering questions and solving problems as they arise. The team consists of 20 team members supporting various regions and languagesResponsibilities
- Provide 1st line support via our chat, ocassionally by phone or video call.
- Responsible of our German Market, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and listening to their feedback.
- Know the technical parts of the software inside out; you’ll know the product better than anybody and serve as the voice of the customer.
- Work on side projects to develop yourself, the support team, and the whole company.
- Automatically gain a seat on the product team, providing feedback to ultimately make us the best software around!
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the team- Ideally 1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role.
- Excellent command of the German language
- Good command of the English language
- Affinity with software and technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience.
- Emphatic and friendly
- A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset.
- Great listening skills: you can turn customers' feedback into product improvement suggestions.
- Eagerness to develop: you're receptive to constructive feedback and you are keen to further develop yourself.
