Our client is a global company which is focusing on medical technology. The company is based in the area of Schiphol. The environment is international, dynamic and fast paced.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the first line troubleshooting support.
  • You will be providing excellent customer (email & phone) support to queries, as well as initiating the return authorization process, customer complaints and coordinating the logistics process.
  • Your duties include following up with customers on the repair and replacement requests and confirming the repair approval fees.
  • You will be also supporting the internal customers (Sales Team & Clinical Specialists) and external customers (Medical Engineering, Nursing and Purchasing personnel)Follow-up on out-warranty devices repair fee and on repair/replacement of defective material.
  • You will be responsible for verifying that products returned match products listed on return merchandise authorization
  • You will process returned products through company system: create sale order, receive and transfer product to service Dept. etc.;
  • You will enter service order for Service department;
  • You will inspect, repack, restock unused products
  • You will compile data and generates requested reports;
  • You will maintain regular attendance in accordance with current position needs and department expectations


Requirements

  • Must be fluent in German and English. Other languages a plus.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in a customer support, sales support and/ or medical industry.
  • Must have strong computer skills and successful experience working with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs;
  • Experience in using ERP systems
  • Must be a self-starter, a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
  • Strong results orientation, positive "can do" attitude, and a sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Must have flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.
  • Team player and able to ‘change gears’ to accomplish goals.
  • Experience in packing and shipping activities
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or required.

Working conditions

This is a long term position and it's a full time position.
The start date: ASAP
The salary is depending on work experience and education.
Candidates who live abroad will not be considered.
