Job description

The customer service team is a team of 4 people, each having their own market they represent. You will be the first and main contact for Danish-speaking customers.

It is a 'classic' customer care position, where you will process customer inquiries and orders via telephone and email and ensures that the customer receives first-class service and support. You will get a lot of responsibilities to give the best support you can.
They have a high service level agreement and the job is to ensure that received orders are processed the same day or no later than the next day. Ensure that customer inquiries and orders are answered and processed, you will handle complaints if they occur in accordance with the Companies Complaint policy. You will participate in Customer Service meetings. There will be a new ERP system implemented in the near future, so if you are ERP savvy and interested in this, you can contribute with some ideas and best practices. You will have contact with the logistic teams and monitors shipments that have a delay. You will coordinate deliveries from different warehouses. Process credit invoices. These are some of the tasks and there is room for other initiatives as well. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.

The office is located north of Stockholm and accessible and close to good facilities.


As this position is to support the Danish market, you will need to speak Danish. English is the company language. It is very handy if you have a good sense of order with a systematic approach and the ability to control details. You like and are able to work and deliver under stress. You like to communicate and customer service is a passion of yours. You communicate well and clear. Computer savvy and experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
