Job description

In this role you will help onboard clients and manage this process after the sales team has acquired the new client.

Responsibilities, Key Tasks & Objectives
· Training and on-boarding new Start platform clients
· Grow customer lifetime value
· Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
· Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
· Partner with clients to establish critical goals, key performance indicators and success measures while leading the client in achieving their goals
· Partner with sales, support and product teams on creation and execution of strategic success account plans (roadmaps, etc.)
· Provide feedback to Product Management on key features or product limitations that are inhibiting usage and growth. Ensure there is a loop back mechanism to the customer
· Work to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities and drives renewals
· Advocate customer needs/issues through established channels
· Feedback to R&D / product on platform usage types, trends and future needs.
· Subscription renewals each year, and account growth within each year, measured by: credits usage, numbers of contact points within key account and revenue growth
· Identify upsell opportunities to support commercial targets
· Supporting sales team to move serviced clients to become DIY users of our platform

Requirements

  • Over 5 years’ experience in SaaS and / or research technology.
  • You must have good relationship building skills and be solution oriented.
  • Customer facing in more of an account management capacity/service delivery capacity.
  • Superb client-relationship manager, able to develop and foster positive mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Optimize their clients’ usage development, and map out what success looks like to their clients.
  • Able to work across multiple levels in their key accounts, from day to day user to C-level.
  • Excellent communicator, and someone who demonstrates patience and willingness to help their clients learn and develop together.
  • Foster collaboration within their team, and with wider product / R&D, sales and Digital Solutions team to deliver the best in client experience.
  • Desire to be measured upon the successful growth, retention and loyalty of their client-base.

Working conditions

Direct contract with the company
€40K Base + €4K Bonus

Salary from: €40000,-
