Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a strategic priority for the company. Their DEI work spans many areas of the business, teams and organizational culture. Their Global DEI strategy defines their scope and EMEA DEI Plan lays the foundation to grow our work across the company and in the region. In this crucial phase they want to ensure the broad scope of DEI work is charted while they engage in key projects, develop new initiatives and research areas of focus in the DEI pipeline.

Together with the DEI Director you will work on the EMEA DEI Plan and build close relationships with various teammates and units in the business. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Analytics and External partners. You will work closely with DEI communications as developing material for internal circulation and education. You have the ability to see the big picture in terms of overarching strategy and align projects accordingly, draft reports and recommendations.

This role is focused on project execution, identifying and planning pipeline DEI work. The project manager will also plan new work and implementation frameworks for pipeline initiatives and pilots. DEI has an educational aspect both in learning and discussions and the project manager would be at ease speaking on related subjects and compiling material relevant to learning. The project manager will also lend time to the company (ERG’s) in project capacity.


Success in this role will be end to end project management and ongoing matricing of key areas of DEI development and research. They strive as a team to consolidate all the initiatives under DEI for the EMEA be transparent and accountable in how we lead the change and deepen the culture of belonging.
The right person for the role:
· Is a strong collaborator and organizer.
· Has demonstrated project management experience, strong interpersonal, planning and rollout skills and advanced understanding of the DEI in the business.
· Has a strong desire for change and able to show up authentically – to foster a culture of belonging
· Engages team mates on all levels and departments of the business
· Has at least five years of (related) experience in DEI projects or developments and report writing
· Understand the EMEA context as your own experience especially that of major cities
· Enjoys a role where you will have to handle a few initiatives and projects concurrently

Working conditions

This concerns a temporary role for 32 hours a week for around 6 months to 1 year. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.

Salary from: €3780,-
Salary to: €5600,-
