Job description

This is a position in Stockholm - Sweden.

You will have National Account ownership and managed the Sales and Channel Promotion activities. Growing new direct and indirect sales channels, negotiating and ensuring distribution agreements are finalised, signed, and copied retained by the Company. You get to create and manage new sales channels, promoting throughout the distribution chain aimed at effective sales for the Company.
You represent and promote the brands of the Company, promoting and harnessing effective visibility and awareness of the brands of the Company.

Data is important and you will be collaborating data and knowledge within the Sales team, developing new propositions and commercial packages to develop business;
· Implementing up selling for existing product portfolio and future product proposals;
· Discussing and negotiating new products with external business at the direction of the Company to align the Company’s business with its key strengths in distribution;
· Continuing development on the understanding and knowledge of the developing competitive market of the business, devising promotional incentives, merchandising activities, review pricing and promotions, reach, and location. To develop counteractions to market activities;
· Stimulating and driving new orders on a daily basis;
· Maintaining and updating weekly sales pipeline and tracking the performance of regional distributor accounts and managing the same with agreed targets and KPIs.

There will also be other duties that may be reasonably assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements

You have a commercially driven personality and like to have contact with distributors for delivery and payments. You will be responsible for the sales in Sweden for their biggest market which is the retail market. You will create strong relationships with the clients, create brand awareness and visibility. For doing this, you are a open minded, friendly, commercial driven person, who likes to interact with people and to help creating the ability for more people to communicate via mobile communication.
You are communicative (Fluent in Swedish, as this will be to target the Swedish market and English, as you will be reporting to the Sales Director in London).
You are able to manage people well; get the most and best out of the people he/she has; set and communicate guiding goals; measure accomplishments, hold people accountable, and give useful feedback; delegate and develop; keep people informed; provide coaching for today and for the future.
You maneuver well to get things done; know where to go to get what he/she needs; are politically aware and agile; know what the right thing to do is; present views and arguments well.

You condemn everything with drive and energy with an eye on the bottom line; not afraid to initiate action before all the facts are known; drive to finish everything he/she starts.
It is very beneficial if you bring experience from the telecom or (electronics) retail industry!

Working conditions

You will be hired on a Swedish local contract. The salary is around 65-70 K per month with a bonus scheme. Secondary benefits based on Swedish standards.

There will be 3 interviews in the process, the final interview might be a face-to-face interview in London.

Salary from: €5000,-
Salary to: €7000,-
