Job description

Our client is one of the companies with a long history in the textile industry. The company was founded in the 60s and since then they have expanded to Belgium, Germany, Spain and France. At the moment, the company is in a transitional period with a new software system, so if you want to contribute to the success of the company then we are looking for you!

As an HR administrator, you will join an international team of 40-45 people, while you will be part of a smaller team of 3 in the office based in Alphen aan den Rijn. You will also work together with the recruiter, the HR Advisors and Managers and the Learning and Development team.

Your main responsibilities will include:
-Drafting contracts and coordinating documents
You will be responsible for collecting and managing all the documents that are necessary from the onboarding to the offboarding of employees.
-Taking part in payroll, controlling if the hours are registered correctly
The company is working with an external agency, but you would make sure that all the documents are in order for the payroll process. After this, you will also control if the payroll has been processed correctly.
-Administration of sick leaves and holidays
-Answering phone calls from store managers in case they need assistance

Requirements

The ideal candidate has the following background:
-Fluent French (min. B2 level) and English (min. B2 level) language skills, Dutch is a big plus
- Min. 1-2 years’ experience in HR administration, including some payroll related tasks

Working conditions

Compensation and benefits:
- 2300-3000 euro gross per month depending on your experience
- 1-year contract
- 24 vacation days + 12 ATV days (1 extra day off each month in case you work 40 hours per week)
- Opportunity to work 4 days instead of 5 days
- 8% holiday allowance
- Reimbursed travels (max. 50 km from the office)
- Pension scheme
- 20% discount on all products

Salary from: €2300,-
Salary to: €3000,-
