Job description

As the Inside Sales Representative you are part of the sales team of our client, and will work mainly for the German market. By creating estimations, quotations and cost calculations for clients and other stakeholders you assist and consult the Sales Engineers and sales Managers within the company. With as a goal to win orders for the company and help grow the organization and develop relations with clients.

You will develop and execute the sales strategy, by being in contact with existing and potential clients. By working on forecasts, territory potentials and analysts you make sure that quotas and targets are set. You will create and maintain relationships with clients, and make sure that you have a good understanding of their needs, to eventually help them better in future projects.

In a CRM tool you will maintain all client data and update the system with new information to identify potential opportunities. You will also visit clients on a regular basis to actively promote and sell the products of our client. You assist your clients with questions and also follow up on complaints. Finally you will also discuss, negotiate and finalize proposals, and follow up on credit and collections, marketing and complete the sales.


To be successful in this position it's vital to have excellent communication and commercial skills. You are analytical, and know your way around working with numbers. You can prioritize and working in a accurate manner comes natural to you. As this role requires both teamwork and individual tasks, it's important to be a team player, but also being able to work independently and to pick up activities actively. Having a technical background is a plus for this position. Other requirements for this role are:

  • C2 level of German and a fluency in English
  • Minimum of three years experience working in a Inside sales or commercial position
  • Valid drivers license
  • Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office
  • Experience working in a B2B position, preferably in the Oil&Gas industry

Working conditions

  • Contract either with our client or with Undutchables directly
  • 40 hour work week
