Job description

For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Customer Service & Training Specialist - French. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Senior Manager who is based in Paris and you will be working closely with the Team Leader and the Online Products Coordinator.

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the launch of new online and paper-based products in close collaboration with marketing to make sure products are ready to be used by clients
  • Defining and updating processes, procedures, FAQ’s and template emails
  • Delivering one to one or group training to internal users and customers
  • Identifying and reporting any critical or reoccurring customer service issues to providers and propose solutions and improvements, ensure follow up till resolution with external and internal teams
  • Following up of all technical issues and incidents and improve quality
  • Creation and updating of clients’ documentation
  • Delivering Level 3 support to clients by phone and by email when necessary
  • Supporting the Customer Service when required, answering B2B clients, by email and phone


Job requirements:
  • University degree or Higher applied sciences education with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within Customer service in an international environment
  • Business level of French (C2) and English (C1) (written and spoken)
  • Interest and good skills in working over the phone and writing emails and procedures in French and English
  • Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of Windows, able to troubleshoot sound, network, and browser issues
  • Excellent Excel skills

Working conditions

Fulltime position (40 hours/week)
Contract: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Starting: As soon as possible
Looking for candidates who are already located in the Netherlands in the Amsterdam area
