Job description


As the Order Management Representative you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Logistics department by managing offers, working on order management and by coordinating all communication with internal and external stakeholders and clients.

You will speak directly to clients and answer questions regarding the assortment and delivery conditions, or informing them on current orders. You will manage incoming complaints, register these and inform the concerned department. You will also be making sure that the processes internally are complaint to the HACCP operating and safety regulations


Responsibilities in this role are:
  • Managing incoming orders, invoices and requests. And handling questions or deviations.
  • Checking commercial conditions/agreements and entering orders and additional data into the automated system.
  • Creating and sending order confirmations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the order process.
  • Compiling or printing out periodic overviews of booked orders.
  • Optimizing processes, analyzing and adjusting when necessary to ensure the efficiency of the department.

Requirements

In this role you will be in contact with stakeholders inside and outside the organization, having excellent communication skills is therefore important. You will be involved in multiple processes simultaneously, and a accurate and precise way of working is something that our client is looking for. You have to be a team-player but also able to work independently on tasks while maintaining a pro-active attitude. Having a commercial and result orientated mindset is requested in this position. Other requirements are:

  • Fluent level of French and Dutch, a fluency in English would be considered a big plus.
  • Experience working in a commercial or administrative role, preferably within the FMCG or food sector
  • Having experience in Order management or similar processes.

Working conditions

  • Contract with Undutchables, possibility to be extended with a contract directly at our client.
  • Workweek of 37.5 hours
  • Travel costs allowance
