Part- Time Customer Service Agent - Swedish

Job description

• Provide fast and quality service
• Answering customer questions per e-mail
• Follow up on test results
• Communicate customer cases with the Customer Service & Optometrist team
• Attend the weekly Customer Service meeting
• 4-6 hours per week

Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours
• You speak Swedish on a C2 level (spoken and written)
• Business level English (spoken and written)
• Any other European languages are a plus!
• Customer oriented,quick learner and reliable
• Able to work independently
• HBO/WO education level
• You have a working computer and phone with internet
• Experience in selling medical devices or any medical background is a PLUS
• Candidates who are living abroad, will not be considered
• Candidates must be living in the Netherlands

Working conditions

• Work in a highly motivated and talented international team with flat hierarchies
• Flexible working hours and completely remote
• Learn in one year what normally takes five
• Covered travel expenses
• Salary is €14.00 gross per hour

They are a young, quick and fast paced company. The company has a team of 20 with employees that come from different backgrounds. They are currently expanding their team and looking for Customer Service Agents who speaks Swedish.
