Job description

As part of the Product Support team, you will play an important role in advising and helping with questions that arise internally and externally. As a first line Product Support, some of your responsibilities are as follows.
Responsibilities
- Offering direct technical support both for hardware and software related questions
- Updating and maintaining internal technical and support documentation
- Testing hardware defects
- Reporting feature requests to the development team
- Reporting bugs to the Research and Development department

Requirements

- C1+ level of German and English
- Demonstrated basic knowledge basic knowledge of IT Networking, either acquired by education, work experience or hobby- based
- Some experience with Customer Service is preferred
- Fulltime (40 hours) availability
- You are a customer-oriented problem solver!

Working conditions

You will have the chance to be part of a small team which works closely together with other departments on a common goal. There company atmosphere is informal and international.
