Job description

In this positon you will work closely and reporting to the Project Manager, interfacing with the Construction Management to create and control the primavera P6 construction and retrofit schedules. This role will also be responsible for providing detailed, accurate and reliable cost, schedule, and performance measurements in accordance with the program governance requirements.


Your primary role and responsibilities (not limited to) would be creating and maintain master implementation schedule in Primavera P6 and calculate EVM metrics/impacts to the project milestones. You will be responsible for Scheduling, forecasting, tracking, and reporting in Primavera 6, including but not limited to Project spend break downs and reports. You collect, analyses, and summarize data and track, maintain, and assists with metrics / metrics reports.
Tasks such as locating, tracking and correcting any discrepancies in scheduling data is something you love doing! Locates tracks and corrects any risks to the schedules. Develops and compiles reports for a variety of audiences.
Work with Construction Management and Project/Program Management to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy. Keep track on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides support for KPIs, time cards and other reporting requirements. The schedule demands based on the product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to Project/Program team across multiple product lines.
In order to perform well in this positon you should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

It is essential that you have excellent working knowledge of Primavera (P6) and planning large scale projects.
• Solid proven organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills, able to manage complex schedule data.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills; can effectively interact with all levels of management.
• Open to acquiring knowledge of client specific software and tools.
• Strong PC skills (Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel).
• Work flexible hours as required by Management.
• Work independently as well as in teams, in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be punctual and have good attendance.

Education/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong working knowledge and experience of Primavera 6.

Working conditions

As this positon is to be filled no later than June 2019, there is unfortunately no room for a working permit process. In this case we will only be able to consider candidates that is in no need of a working permit working in Sweden.

Relocation costs can be discussed. You will be hired by our client directly on a permanent contract, with a 6 months probation period.
