Job description

Contribute and you will define your success by taking charge. Work together with the organisation and they will support you in every stage on your career with training and internal promotions. In this job you can grow to be a shining star! You will be a part of the operations team which is the heart of the business. The mission of a purchaser is to manage the purchase of new vehicles, negotiating price and availability. You follow up from order until delivery and manage other related services that is important for the driver and customer. You work on contracts, calculate benefits etc. You support on organizing a temporary car if needed and you make sure every process is following the company service standards and of course you give the best service possible to the clients.

You love quality and client satisfaction; a complaint is a sign for action which you embrace – you do not hesitate to pick up the phone and pro-actively pick up the phone to solve problems!
Giving and receiving feedback is your second nature and you have an openness to change.

Requirements

A background from the auto (sales) industry? Above average of knowledge and interest in cars? You have worked with purchasing and customer delivery and you are result oriented, systematic thinker when working but you are also able to be flexible. Reach out today for more information!


Internal communication of the company can be held in English, as you will have daily contact with Swedish speaking customers, conversational skills in (business) Swedish is comprehensive for the role. If you have worked in an international setting before, it will only come handy in this position. The company offers you a lot of fun in a positive, dynamic (international) working environment. Working conditions
