Job description

The Relationship Manager Acquisition Transition, Post Trade will work as part of a small team of Relationship and Technical Account Managers, reporting into the Head of Relationship Management. The Relationship Manager provides internal and external thought leadership together with a combination of product and commercial ability to assist in the delivery of solutions to new and existing Post-Trade clients based primarily in Germany, Luxembourg, France, Austria and several other mainland European countries.

The Relationship Manager should expect to travel within Europe and spend at least 50% of their time meeting clients at their premises, circumstances permitting.

The role will contribute to the efficient onboarding of a number of clients as they transition as recently acquired customers to Post-Trade.

Responsibilities:

· Ownership and management of a defined list of strategic clients with the view to successful and timely migration across to the Post-Trade Services.
· Identification of any risks or concerns to the migration programme and subsequent recording and reporting to management.
· Develop and maintain relationships across all levels within the defined client firms with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
· Bridge the information and feedback from clients to the appropriate internal team. This may involve resolution of day-to-day issues to longer term product direction
· By maintaining close relationships with the nominated clients understand the challenges they face and what opportunities that may have for out client to act as their partner to resolve those issues.
· Work with the wider business development function to engage with post-trade clients.
· Support and work closely with the post-trade team to provide input into the overall strategic direction of the post-trade services
· Work closely with the Head of Relationship Management to develop new business ideas and examine opportunities for the growth of the post-trade business lines.

Requirements

· C1-C2 level of German and English language required
· 5+ years’ experience in a similar client facing role
· Equipped to articulate and understand client’s challenges in the post trade and communicated these to internal teams.
· Recent experience and strong knowledge of the regulatory environment
· Previous experience of post-merger migration activities desirable
· Excellent communication skills ability to articulate clearly and concisely to clients
· Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities, proven ability to prioritise, innovative thinking and a client-focused approach
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority
· Experience of product management and new product development
Good Project Management skills, experience of delivering initiatives in a timely manner.



Working conditions

Direct contract with the company.
FTC initially until 31st Dec 2021 (potential extension will be considered)
This is a full time position.
Salary: competitive, with good secondary benefits
Working hours: Monday-Friday, with shifts between 07:00-17:30, with a preference for often working the early shift (07:00-16:30)

Salary from: €4000,-
Salary to: €8000,-
