Job description

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations related to client services. Contributes to the development of both customer processes as well as internal processes to improve standards and ways of working.


What You Will Do
· Works directly with hiring managers and/or another relevant customer contact to facilitate staff augmentation
· needs and all related transactions
· Owns and operate operational meeting with dedicated hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders
· Prepares job descriptions and requisitions
· Reviews resumes, conducts phone screening, submits candidates to hiring managers for their review
· Coordinates interviews with candidates, suppliers and hiring managers
· Bill Rate negotiations and evaluation of candidates
· Administration related to projects, projects’ extensions etc.
· Suppliers relations, setting-up new suppliers, informing suppliers about standards, processes and ways of working
· Answering suppliers’ and customers’ questions
· Daily contact with strategic suppliers on the specific market to ensure a steady flow and pipeline
· Serving the client with strategic market insights based on client-specific needs
· Schedules and conducts meetings with key suppliers to inform about ways of working and build strong and long term relationships
· Supports with time chasing and administration tasks related to invoicing
· Support Delivery Manager and Client Commerical Manager/ program management with customer-related reporting
· Participates in operational meetings with customers
· Initiates and operates continuous improvement work strategy together with clients and according to teams to meet customer plan
· Support Delivery Manager and Client Commerical Manager)/ program management with customer-related reporting
· Communicates possible improvements and optimization related to all kinds of internal (including the Vendor Management System, VMS) processes
· Monitors and escalates all issues related to daily operations or internal processes to ensure efficient management and improvement
· Participates in monthly Staff Meetings – Nordics
· Regular participation in the Global Town Halls
· Supports newly hired Resource Managers in training
· Is engaged in at least one internal project per year (i.e. project aiming for internal efficiencies, planning and executing social functions etc.)
· Conducts and passes any internal training assigned to the individual

Requirements

What You Will Need


· University degree (Bachelor minimum)
· Fluency in English and Danish
· 5 plus years of working experience with Client facing role/ services industry
· HR/Procurement/Technology background
· Outstanding communication skills
· Experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) will be an asset, general office software and general computer activities
· Knowledge of and experience in ERP systems will be an asset

Working conditions

You will be hired on a local Danish contract. Salary according to the Danish labor market with good secondary benefits.
Salary is approximately 50 000 DKK per month
