This opportunity is for an experienced sales professional, we are thinking of 10-15 years of having worked in a sales manager role and where you wish to take the step to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial role. The aim for this role is to set up and expand the Swedish market and it involves tasks (not limited to) from hands-on cold calling, to setting the strategy and executing it for successful growth in the Swedish market. You are not afraid to go high and low and to independently manage the setup in Sweden. The Sales Director will be (Swedish speaking) responsible for the further expansion of the Swedish market. You do not mind working on different levels and be entrepreneurial. One day you do cold calling meetings and the next day you are meeting with C-level representatives for a big sales order. It is about telling a good story, listening to what the client's needs are, and how the service being offered can help companies to optimize their automation and to have a sustainable system to grow their business. You advise your clients on how to identify problems in the systems, what could cause a problem, how can it be solved, and mirror this towards the organization. In the end, they will save a lot of money!

You will responsible for reporting to the VP of International Sales who is based in Amsterdam. A very skilled, approachable, and supportive manager.

The position is for working out of a home office in Sweden and it is a must you do live in Sweden already (hence having a valid permit for working in Sweden). Also, as it is setting up the business on the Swedish market, approaching companies in Sweden, fluency of Swedish is a must.
Your tasks: will be (not limited to)
  • Mainly to create new business opportunities in Sweden.
  • Develop further the Swedish market
  • Achieve annual sales targets
  • From the start and throughout the sales cycle you will drive the sales process and you will develop a sales strategy
  • Maintain and build new business relationships

Requirements

In order to excel in this position, you do hold a minimum of a Bachelors degree in business administration with a technical background, or a degree in technical sciences with sales and management experience.

  • Your English is at a business level (verbal and written)
  • 10 years of relevant sales experience in an IT-related consultative sales role
  • Extensive experience in selling software and services solutions
  • Have extensive knowledge in software and IT
  • You are based in Sweden, willing to travel (once traveling is allowed).
  • Operating out of a Home-based office, preferably in the Stockholm region but this can be flexible
  • Able to show a demonstrable track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Experienced in build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • The entrepreneurial mindset is a must!
  • Have an eye for detail, detail-oriented and driven

Working conditions

Full-time position
Start date ASAP
Direct contract with the hiring company
Salary: Higher-end salary range, depending on work experience and education.
Bonus scheme

You can expect a solid recruitment process, where Undutchables Sweden will do the first screening and interview round. Thereafter meetings with the company recruiter, HR, and hiring manager. You can also expect to be presenting a sales case and other tests could be involved in the procedure.
