Job description

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to further develop our client's recruitment strategy. The international growth and success will continue. Therefore, our client needs an ambitious Recruiter to contribute to their vibrant company culture and solid recruitment procedures. In addition, you will:

• lead the Corporate Recruiter team (in the making!)
• source, interview and be a pivotal employee in the hiring process
• monitor the entire recruitment process from candidate selection to setting up contracts
• build our client's Employer Brand together with the Marketing team
• continuously search for ways to improve the recruitment process

Requirements

The ideal candidate is the one with:

• a bachelor's degree
• a solid 4 to 5 years' experience as a Corporate Recruiter in the Netherlands (must)
• proven experience in both building and maintaining talent pools
• a C2 level of English with some knowledge of Dutch
• great energy and enthusiasm!

Working conditions

Our client offers a salary range from € 3500 to € 4500 (depending on experience), plus:

• a hybrid working environment
• 25 annual leave days
