Job description

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will be part of a team of three reporting directly to the Manager of Global Strategic Partnerships. It will be your challenge to ensure the best Brand and partnerships options for current and future loyalty programs worldwide, with a focus on the French market. From a global strategy point of view, you will establish as long term vision, build a network, and contribute to building the structure for the French market. We are looking for a strategic partner, with a strong passion for sales and for our client’s business. Responsibilities are:

- Setting up the strategic framework for brand acquisition by cooperating with the Manager Global Strategic Partnerships and other stakeholders, building and managing a brand acquisition pipeline
- Liaising with different stakeholders such as the board of direction and the sales team based in France; mapping out a strategic vision for the sales team to follow
- Brand acquisition: with your commercial mindset you are able to set-up long term relationships with the big players!
- Contract management; NDA and pre-contract discussions, aligning with the Legal team and other stakeholders
- Contract execution; on and off boarding, warm handover to the appropriate colleague

As not everything is set in stone yet and we value your opinion, you will have the opportunity to help shape this role yourself! Therefore, we are looking for a self-starter, with a strong drive for success!

Requirements

- Experienced in sales; it is a great plus if you have experience within the loyalty, (food) retail and/ or FMCG industry within an international environment.
- Completed bachelors or master’s degree
- C2 level of French and at least a C1 level of English
- Willing to work based from the Headquarters in Den Bosch but not afraid to travel to France when needed
