Team Lead Customer Success B2B | German speaker

Job description

This is a Customer Success B2B senior position in which the successful candidate is expected to find leads themselves and make a lot of cold calls in order to find them. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying potential partners for long-term collaboration within different industries.
  • Target main customers and encourage your team with theirs.
  • Communicate with other departments within the company, such as the marketing and support departments, to streamline sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments in order to work with new and existing accounts
  • Evaluate, analyze and present wishes and needs into value-enhancing opportunities to expand the company's services.
  • Outline potential growth among existing accounts.
  • Responsible for customer account, writing client's newsletter and mapping client's needs with partner.
  • Be the contact person for customers.
  • Pick up/set up/come up with the strategy for your designated region, from research to company's visibility.
  • Attend events for brand visibility and partner networking.
  • Prioritize tasks and partners.
  • Discover competitor's weaknesses so that the company can take action and capitalize on them.
  • Conduct market research, determining strategy, setting out and working according to the mission and vision of your team.
  • Supervise business performance.
  • Managing your team of Customer Success Specialists.

Requirements

  • You are ambitious, have a proactive attitude and you like to overcome challenges and learn from them.
  • You enjoy helping companies succeed in their business.
  • Selling is part of you and you can inspire others to sell.
  • You are commercially driven, you can call anyone and turn a potential client into a contract.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
  • You live in Amsterdam and you're ready to come to the office daily.
  • You can manage and lead a team to keep achieving results for the company.

Salary from: €3500,-
Salary to: €4200,-
