Being exposed to new ideas, cultures and perspectives can help the team to reach out intellectually and gain a clearer view of their surroundings and their place in the world. Having international people from different backgrounds and experiences can inspire more creative ideas and methods of solving problems.

Being an International, what added value do you bring to your company?

Due to my international background I’ve been exposed to many different working cultures, different working methods and many different situations that I would have not experienced if I stayed in my home country. I strongly believe this exposure is the added value I bring to the company because thanks to the experiences I’ve had, I’m quicker and more flexible when it comes to reacting to changes or when it comes to fit into new roles/responsibilities.
